Terms and Conditions
Terms & Conditions
Clear commitments. Responsible service. Transparent transactions.
Before you proceed
We provide independent professional services and commercial offerings across several business divisions. We explain fees before payment, distinguish statutory charges from our professional fees, and respect your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
1. About DMGC and these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern transactions and service requests made through DMGC INVESTMENT LTD (RC 1928358) and its business divisions, including Business & Regulatory Services, DMGC AUTOMART, DMGC Digital & Printing Services and DMGC Herbal Solutions.
Please read these terms together with the information presented for the particular product, quotation, booking or service. Where a signed agreement or clearly identified service-specific terms apply, those terms will also form part of the transaction. We will bring material conditions to your attention before you commit to payment.
By placing an order, requesting a paid service or accepting an itemised quotation after these terms are made available, you agree to the applicable terms, subject always to your rights under Nigerian law.
2. Business and regulatory consultation
We provide independent consultation, document-preparation and administrative application support in areas such as CAC business registration and post-incorporation filings, SCUML guidance, trademarks, NEPC registration, petroleum sector permits, tax documentation and employer compliance matters.
DMGC is not the issuing authority for any government licence, certificate, permit, Tax ID or regulatory approval. Decisions, filing rules, processing times and eligibility criteria remain with the competent authority. Submission of an application or payment of our professional fee does not guarantee an approval.
Certain government services are available without an official registration charge. If DMGC charges for independent professional assistance with such a service, this will be clearly distinguished from any government fee.
3. Customer information and authorisation
Clients must provide information that is accurate, current, complete and lawfully obtained. We may request clarification or supporting documents where reasonably required to perform an agreed service.
You confirm that you have authority to act for any company, association or person for whom you submit an application. We may suspend a request that appears incomplete, inconsistent, fraudulent or unauthorised, and we will explain any additional requirements where reasonably possible.
Clients remain responsible for reviewing names, corporate particulars, artwork and other application details submitted for approval before final filing or production.
4. Quotations, professional fees and statutory charges
Professional fees depend on the nature and complexity of the engagement. Clients receive an itemised quotation explaining the agreed services, professional charges, applicable statutory or government charges, and any disclosed third-party expenses before payment.
A combined invoice may include more than one type of charge, but the breakdown will identify DMGC professional fees separately from statutory payments. Official charges may change when a relevant authority updates its published fee schedule.
Any material additional work or unexpected expense will be discussed with the client for approval before it is incurred, except where law requires otherwise. Taxes, penalties and other obligations lawfully assessed against a customer remain that customer’s responsibility.
5. Payments, order confirmations and invoices
Where enabled, online payments are processed by authorised third-party payment providers, such as Paystack, through secure checkout interfaces. Customers must not share card PINs, passwords, one-time codes or other confidential payment credentials with DMGC staff.
An order, booking or application is not treated as paid solely because a customer initiated a transfer or received a payment screenshot. Payment must first be confirmed through the relevant authorised payment channel or our records.
An order receipt, invoice or acknowledgement confirms the details recorded; it is not itself a guarantee of vehicle availability, regulatory approval, successful delivery or the performance of a future service. Any payment dispute should be reported promptly using our contact details below.
6. Application status, timelines and third-party delays
Any advertised processing or delivery period is an estimate unless expressly agreed as a firm deadline in writing. Government review, platform outages, document queries, external service providers and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect completion.
Where we provide an application reference or tracking page, clients should use it only for their own authorised applications. Status updates reflect information reasonably available to us and do not replace the relevant government authority’s official records.
We will communicate material changes or outstanding client actions through the agreed channels when practicable.
7. DMGC AUTOMART: vehicles and inspections
Vehicles are advertised subject to current availability, confirmation of specifications, price and ownership documentation. Photographs, mileage, condition descriptions and features are provided in good faith but should be independently verified during inspection and before completing a purchase.
Submitting an inspection request does not automatically reserve or purchase a vehicle. Dates and appointments are subject to confirmation. Any inspection charge, booking deposit, reservation period or refund condition must be disclosed and agreed before payment.
Vehicle transactions will be governed by the specific sales invoice or agreement, along with all applicable statutory consumer protections. DMGC does not exclude legal rights relating to misleading descriptions, ownership, safety or quality of goods.
8. Digital, design and printing services
A design or print quotation will describe the deliverables, quantities, specifications, artwork responsibilities, revision allowance and expected production schedule. Design proofs should be checked and approved by the client before final production where applicable.
Customers must have permission to use logos, photographs, trademarks, text and other materials supplied for design or reproduction. Changes requested after a proof has been approved or production has commenced may require a revised quotation, subject to the client’s agreement.
Any applicable ownership or licence of final creative work will be stated in the quotation or service agreement. DMGC may not use client confidential material as promotional content without an appropriate lawful basis or permission.
9. DMGC Herbal Solutions: product information and safety
Herbal and wellness products will be offered for sale only where the relevant regulatory, product-registration, packaging and marketing requirements have been satisfied. Availability and product information are subject to confirmation.
Customers should read approved labels, directions, precautions, ingredients and expiry details. Product information is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment or advice from a qualified healthcare professional. No outcome, cure or therapeutic benefit is guaranteed.
Customers should raise product-quality or safety concerns promptly. Any complaint, return or remedy will be evaluated under applicable consumer protection and product-safety laws; these terms do not remove those rights.
10. Online orders, delivery and fulfilment
Product prices, availability, delivery locations, shipping costs and estimated fulfilment times will be shown at checkout or confirmed before payment where the purchase is handled by quotation.
If an item or service cannot be supplied as agreed, we will contact the customer and discuss lawful options, which may include a suitable replacement, revised delivery date or refund as appropriate.
Customers should provide an accurate delivery address and contact number and notify us promptly of any delivery discrepancy or damaged goods. Risk and delivery responsibility will be determined by the applicable law and the agreed transaction terms.
11. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Requests to cancel an unstarted service, inspection booking or unfulfilled order should be submitted as soon as possible with the relevant reference or order number. We will explain the status of work undertaken, any lawful and previously disclosed charges, and the available options.
For services already commenced, any retained amount must be lawful, reasonable and consistent with the nature of services genuinely provided and any applicable consumer rights. Official fees already paid to a government agency may be subject to that agency’s refund rules; DMGC will explain the position where relevant.
Returns, repairs, replacements and refunds for goods are assessed under the applicable Nigerian consumer protection laws and the facts of the transaction. Nothing on this website excludes rights to remedies for defective, unsafe, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods or services.
We will communicate the process and any evidence reasonably needed to resolve a request; do not return goods to an address without first confirming the appropriate returns procedure.
12. Website accounts and acceptable use
Users must keep account credentials secure and must not misuse login, consultation, tracking or checkout features. You must not submit another person’s details without lawful authority, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with site security or use the website for unlawful activities.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service from fraud, abuse or security incidents, subject to applicable law and the customer’s legitimate rights.
13. Website materials and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the DMGC name, website design, text, original graphics and other site materials are owned by DMGC or used with permission. They may not be commercially reproduced without the appropriate authorisation.
Product names, vehicle brands, government agency names and external trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, official representation or endorsement.
14. Third-party platforms and government portals
Our services may involve payment processors, hosting and email providers, logistics partners, or official regulator portals. These parties may operate under their own applicable terms and privacy notices.
We cannot control external portal outages, regulatory decisions or the independent practices of third parties. We remain responsible for our own contractual and legal obligations and will not use this clause to avoid rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Privacy and secure document handling
Personal information provided through consultation forms, orders, bookings and customer support is processed for relevant business purposes as explained in our Privacy Policy and subject to applicable Nigerian data protection law.
Please do not upload or enter BVN, NIN, account passwords, identity-document copies or other sensitive material through unsecured public forms. If specific documents are lawfully needed, we will provide suitable submission instructions. Do not send passwords or payment authentication codes by WhatsApp, email or any other channel.
For further details about how information is used, shared, protected and retained, read the DMGC Privacy Policy.
16. Service quality and liability
We aim to exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the professional services we agree to perform. Customers should promptly notify us if they believe there is an error, omission or problem with a service or product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, statutory warranties, refunds or other rights where such an exclusion or limitation would be unlawful. Any liability arising from a particular transaction is assessed in light of the applicable law, the facts and the agreed scope of service.
17. Complaints and dispute resolution
Please contact our team with your name, relevant order or application reference, a description of the issue and the remedy requested. We will review the matter and seek a practical and fair resolution.
These terms do not prevent customers from contacting the appropriate consumer protection authority, regulator or court where entitled to do so. Nigerian law applies to these terms, subject to any mandatory legal protections.
18. Updates and contact information
We may revise these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our services, operations or applicable law. We will publish an updated effective date. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights already acquired in completed transactions.
